What is the difference between the Stamp Card and Points Card plans?
Stamp Card is $25/month, billed as $300/year. It gives you a digital punch card program - customers collect stamps and earn a reward when they reach your target. Points Card is $40/month, billed as $480/year, and includes a points-based reward card, member tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum), and a referral program. Points Card accounts can also add stamp cards as an add-on. Stamp Card accounts are stamp-only.
What are add-ons and how do they work?
Add-ons let you build the exact program your business needs without paying for things you do not use. Common add-ons include Vouchers + Birthday Rewards ($60/year), Email Campaigns ($120/year), extra cards ($60/year each), and extra locations ($120/year). All add-ons are billed annually at the same time as your base plan. Your total price is locked at signup and never increases as long as your account stays active.
How do Vouchers and Birthday Rewards work?
The Vouchers + Birthday Rewards add-on gives you 3 in-app voucher campaign slots. Birthday Rewards automatically uses one of those slots - when a member has a birthday, the system sends them a personal copy of that voucher. The remaining 2 slots are yours for any other active promotions. If you need more than 3 slots, add extra voucher packs at $60/year each for 3 more slots.
I run a food truck. Do I need the extra location add-on?
No. Food trucks, mobile vendors, and pop-ups use one club that covers every spot they operate from. Your loyalty card is QR-based - staff scans from their phone wherever you are parked. The extra location add-on is for businesses with separate permanent storefronts that need independent management, staff access, and reporting.
Why annual billing only?
Annual billing keeps things simple for both sides. You pay once a year, nothing to track monthly. Your price is locked at your signup rate and stays there as long as your account remains active. We send a renewal notice 30 days before your subscription expires. We do not auto-charge - you pay to continue or your account goes on hold. Your data stays safe either way.
Are there any hidden fees?
None. No setup fees on the standard plans, no per-scan fees, no per-member fees, and no overage charges. The price shown is the price you pay. Taxes are calculated and added at checkout based on your business location.
Can I upgrade from Stamp Card to Points Card later?
Yes. You pay the difference to bring your account up to the Points Card level. Your existing stamp card carries over with no interruption. Your price locks at the rate in effect at the time of upgrade.
