What's the difference between the plans?
Starter ($250/year) is perfect for single-location businesses with 1 reward card, 1 stamp card, 10 rewards, and 10 staff. Growth ($400/year) adds more locations, more cards, email campaigns, and unlimited staff. Enterprise is fully customizable for franchises and agencies.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes! You can upgrade from Starter to Growth at any time. We'll prorate the difference for the remainder of your billing period.
Why annual billing only?
Annual billing keeps our pricing low and lets us focus on building great features instead of chasing payments. It also means you're committed to actually using your loyalty program, which leads to better results for your business.
What happens when my year is up?
We'll send you a renewal notice 30 days before your subscription expires. We don't auto-renew, so you're always in control. Simply pay to continue, or your account will be deactivated.
Are there any hidden fees?
None. No setup fees, no per-transaction fees, no overage charges. The price you see is the price you pay.
What are Email Campaigns?
Email Campaigns (Growth plan and above) let you send promotional emails directly to your loyalty members. Target specific groups like "customers with 50+ points" or "inactive members" to bring them back.
