For employees processing rewards at the point of sale
Use the scan function in your staff app or dashboard. The customer will show you their QR code on their phone.
It works exactly like regular customers. They show you their QR code, you scan it, add points or stamps, and confirm. If they don't have their phone, search for their member code (usually 6 digits like ABC123) or their name.
Technically, nothing for you! Both types earn points the same way. Instant access customers just haven't added an email yet. Their member code looks like "ABC123" instead of an email address.

After scanning the customer card, enter the purchase amount or number of points to add, then confirm the transaction.
